Terms & conditions

All course bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing. Full payment is required prior to the course start date unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment by bank transfer, debit/credit card, or approved invoice.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Transfers to alternative dates may be possible at our discretion.

Delegates must attend the full course to receive certification. Late arrivals or early departures may result in non-certification, with no refund

Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of the course and assessment. Some qualifications may have an expiry and require renewal.


Delegates must comply with health and safety guidance at training venues. Please inform us in advance of any specific learning or medical needs.

We are not liable for any personal loss or injury during the course, except where caused by our negligence.

We reserve the right to update course content and materials in line with best practice and regulatory changes.

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, transport disruption, illness).

Your personal information is handled in accordance with GDPR and will only be used for course administration and certification purposes.
